Refund eligibility
Refunds are available for eligible returns of unopened goods within 14 days of delivery, and for any item that arrives faulty, damaged or not as described. Items excluded for hygiene reasons (see our Returns page) are only refundable if returned unopened and sealed.
How refunds are calculated
- — The full item price is refunded for eligible returns in original condition.
- — Original outbound shipping is non-refundable, except where the item was faulty or incorrect.
- — We may reduce a refund to reflect any diminished value from handling beyond inspection.
- — All refunds are issued in USD, the currency of purchase.
Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.
Non-refundable situations
- — Opened hygiene-sensitive items (aerators, screens, stoppers, edge guards).
- — Items returned outside the 14-day window without a fault.
- — Items damaged through installation or use rather than a manufacturing fault.
Order cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact support@premierpipe.shop as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped we will cancel it and refund in full. Once shipped, the standard returns process applies.
